Shishir, Vasant, Grish are called Adaankaal; Varsha, Sharad, Hemant are called Visargkaal.
Adaankall is that when Sun travels into Uttarayan; Visargkaal is that in which it travels towards Dakshinayan.

Three humors are mentioned in Ayurveda generally regarding health, which are Vaat, Pitt and Kaph.

Vaat :-

Attributes: Dry, Cold, Light, Subtle, Moving, Vishad, Khar.
Opposites: Wet, Hot, Heavy, Gross, Stable, Pichchal, reduced by Shalakshan.
During winters, wind humor increases while in warm weather it gets reduced.

Pitt:-

Attributes: Less moisture, Warm, Tikshan, Liquid, Amla, Spreads, Katu.
Opposites: Completely Snigdh, Cold, Mridu, Sandra, Stable, Madhur, Kashaya, Tikt.
It gets shant with the help of snehyukt milk and ghee.

Kaph:-

Attributes: Heavy, Cool, Mridu, Snigdh, Madhur, Sthir, Pichal.
Opposites: Laghu, Warm, Tikshan, Dry, Katu, Tikt, Kashay, Ras, Sar, Vishad.

In the period prior(Rainy season) to Visargkaal and post(Summer season) to Adaankaal our body's power reduces.
In the period in between (Sharad and Vasant) our body's power is medium.

In the period at the end(Hemant) of Visargkaal and prior to Adaankal, our body's strength is maximum.
Hope the following units of measuremen will also be useful for the readers having interest in such things.

30 Muhurt                             =       1  Day & Night
15 Day & Night                    =       1 Paksh
1 Prasth                                 =       700 gms (as per Kautilya)
