Mooladhar to Sahasrar, there are seven chakras and Kundalini (कुण्डलिनी), annihilator of all (पूर्ण हंता), subtle ego (सूक्षम अहं), Primordial power (परा शक्ति)
lies dormant in the mooladhar chakra in three and a half circles wrapping the
Dhomra lingam (धूम्र लिङ्गम), it’s called Para (परा). When Kundalini rises,
it moves from Mooladhar to Manipur, raising different emotions or mano-bhavs (मनोभावों), this is known as Pashyanti (पश्यन्ति).
Then it rises from Manipur to Anahat, raising Naad (नाद), it
is called Madhyama (मध्यमा); this naad then rises to Vishudhi and reverberating is issued from
our mouth in the form of Vaikhari (वैखरी).
Para is like a seed (बीज), Pashyanti is like a
sprout (अंकुर), Madhyama is like sapling (पौधा)
while Vaikhari is like a grown up sapling with branches, flowers and leafs. A (अ), Ha(ह) and anuswar (अनुस्वर) join together, in it, A (अ) is Shiv and Ha (ह) is Shakti. These two forms are the creators of all. This creatrix
is known as Samvit Shakti (सम्वित शक्ति). From Ha (ह) and A (अ), 16 swaras are generated. From long time this Samvit form speech
is established in space taking support of light (प्रकाश).
From times immemorial, jeev is moving in this dense forest of speech.
Pran vayu strikes lips, throat, teeth, palate and moordha and appear
as hrasv varna (ह्रस्व वर्ण) in the madhyama vaak in the form of A (अ), E (इ), U (उ), Ri (ऋ) and Lri (लृ). A getting deformed from palate (तालु) and
lips gives rise to Ai (ए) and O (ओ), which further regroups to form deerg swara (दीर्घ स्वर) Ai (ऐ) and Au (औ) respectively.
Para (परा) to show itself takes the form of Shunya (शून्य) or
space and अनुस्वर/ Anuswar (अँ) is generated and in the form of creation at the end converts in to
Visarg (:) for Ah (अह). Shodash form Anuttar which is cause of one ness of speaker and
speech is known as नित्यात्मक/ Nityatmak (eternal) while because of Udaat tattva (उदात तत्त्व) is called as ‘swar (स्वर)’. Herein A (अ) is Shiv (शिव) and Ah (:) is Shakti (शक्ति). All swaras are joint
of Shiv and Shakti.
Para-vani + Shiv are 36 consonants or Vyanjans (व्यञ्जंन). This para took five forms moving from throat to teeth as Chitt (चित्त), Joy or Anand (आनन्द), Desire or Iccha (इच्छा), Knowledge or Gyan (ज्ञान) and Action or Kriya (क्रिया). These five then further divided into five parts each and thus gave rise to 25. Ka (क), Ca (च), Ta (ट), Ta (त) , Pa (प) are known as Panchvarna (पञ्च वर्ण). K-kar alphabets touch throat and tongue and hence are known as स्पर्श/ Sparsh (means touch) varna or alphabets. U-kaar is Udbhoot (उद्भूत) and Ya (य), Ra (र), La (ल), Va (व) are known as Antasth (अन्तस्थ). There order is Talu (तालु), Oshth (ओष्ठ), Mordha (मूर्धा) and Dant (दन्त), are called Varn Chatushtaya (वर्ण चतुष्टय). Sha (श), SHA (ष), sa (स), Ha (ह) are equipped with heat of fire and thus are known as Ushma Varna (उष्म वर्ण). Hence
25 Varnas belonging to five groups + 4 Antasth (अन्तस्थ) + 4 Ushma (उष्म) = 33 are established in Anuttar (अनुत्तर)
form.
La (ल) to Sa (स) kaar is Shiv and Ka (क) to Sha (श) kaar is Shakti. Being Shakt Shaiv varna combination and hence known as Yugm (युग्म). All swar group is Shakti and all consonant or Vyanjan group is Shiv. Without Swar, Vyanjan can not be spoken. La (ल) and Sa (स) are known as Marut Varna because they enable others to show themselves, hence called Maruts (मारुत).
Ksha (क्ष) = Ka (क) – Pure Shakti + Sha (ष) – all around spread
ether, both are mithun (मिथुन). 36 consonants are 36 elements seen with form. Thus there are 51
matrikas (मातृकायें). These are parahanta for bhog of Purusha. All varnas are divine
and are ingrained with Shakti.
Ka to Sha – Air element; Kha to Sa Fire element; Ga to Ha Earth element; Gha to Ksha – Water element and Ang to Sha represents Space element respectively.
A (अ), e (इ), u (उ), ai (ए), O (ओ) all are in Ida (ईडा)
Aa (आ), E (ई), Oo (ऊ), AI (ऐ), Au (औ) all are in Pingala (पिङ्गला) respectively.
Swar Varna 12 - Purush, 4 Mishra varnas are Napunsak, Ri (ऋ), RI (ॠ), Lri (ऌ), LRI (ॡ) are called Napunsak (नपुंसक) or Tatasth (तटस्थ), in Sushumana (सुषुमना).
Anuswar (अँ) and Visarga (:) reside in throat. From 16 Swaras only
Shodashi kala takes form. Names of these 16 kalas are, namely, Amrita (अमृता), Manda (मानदा), Poosha (पूषा), Tushti (तुष्टि), Pushti (पुष्टि), Rati (रति), Dhriti (धृति), Shashini (शशिनी), Chandrika (चन्द्रिका), Kanti (कान्ति), Jyotsana (ज्योत्सना), Shree (श्री), Priti (प्रीति), Angada (अङ्गदा), Poorna (पूर्णा), Poornamrita (पूर्णामृता) respectively…….from
