Cosmic Creation and Time Calculation as per Indian scriptures:
Cosmic creation:
8 Bindus join together to form One Suksham ati Sukham Renu, Nirvaan cosmic body.
8 Suksham ati Suksham Renu join together to form a Suksham Renu Brahm Sharir, Rishi mandal.
8 Suksham Renu join together to form one Renu, Atma jagat, spiritual world, Vaishvanar lok.
8 Renu join together to form a Suksham ati Suksham Paraman, Manomaya jagat, mental body.
8 Suksham ati Suksham Paramanu join together to form a Suksham Paramanu, subtle world.
8 Suksham Paramanu join together to form a Paramanu, Etheric world or Bhav jagat.
3 Paramanu join together to form a Trasrenu, Etheric world.
9 Trasrenu join together to from a Suksham ati Suksham Anu, Etheric world.
9 Suksham ati Suksham Anu join together to form a Suksham Anu, Gross world
9 Suksham Anu join together to form an Anu, which is the start of gross creation, Gross world.
Time Calculation:
3 Trasrenu = 1 Truti ( time taken by sun light to pass through 3 trasrenu)
100 Truti = 1 Vedha
3 Vedha = 1 Lav
3 Lav = 1 Nimesh
15 Nimesh = 1 Kashtha(Nimesh= time taken to open and close our eyes)
30 Kashtha = 1 Kala
30 Kala = 1 Muhurt
30 Muhurt = 1 Day-Night = 60 Dand = 8 Prahar; (1 Dand=1Ghari)
15 Day Night = 1 Paksh (Shukla or Krishna )
2 Paksh = 1 Month
6 Month = 1 Ayan
2 Ayan = 1 Year
1 Human Year = 1 Divine day-night
Uttarayan=Day, Dakshinayan=Night
12,000 Divine years = 1 Chaturyugi (four yugas as below)
4000 Divine years = 1 Satyug, with 2x400 years of transition period.
3000 Divine years = 1 Tretayug, with 2x300 years
2000 Divine years = 1 Dwaparyug, with 2x200 years
1000 divine years = 1 Kaliyug, with 2x100 years
Hence 1 Chaturyugi = 10000 Divine years + 2000 Divine years
= 12000 Divine years = 1 Day of Brahma. Like this Brahma’s life is 100 years and it is called PAR. And half of it is called Parardh.
1 life span of Brahma is equal to the blinking of Maha Vishnu.
As per human year calculations,
Satyug is 17,28,000 years; Traita yug is 1296,000; Dwapar yug is 8,64,000 and Kaliyug is 4,32,000 years. Thus in a total time of 43,20,000 years one chaturyugi is experienced. Like this when 71 chaturyugi’s pass, ONE MANVANTAR time is said to be completed. In this time span, one of the manu’s life is completed along with sapt rishis, Indra etc. At present seventh Manvantar of Vaivast manu is in progress. Like this 14 manvantars are there. Each manvantar has its own Manu, own saptrishis, own Indra and other devtas. When 14 manvantars pass only then Mahapralaya takes place, this time span is called one KALP. Time span of Mahapralaya is said to be double that of Kalp. Detailed chart of various manvantar manu and other devtas shall be shred soon. Further, it has been explained that,
One day-night of our ancestors or Pitras is equal to 1 human month. Krishan paksh is their day and Shukla paksh is their night.
One Pitra month is equal to our 30 months i.e two and a half year.
One Pitra year is equal to our 360 months i.e 30 years.
Three Pitra years is equal to our 100 years.
Uttarayan is Divine day and Dakshinayan is divine night.
Three human years is equal to one divine month.
360 human years is equal to one divine year.
3030 human years is equal to one Saptrishi year.
9090 human years is equal called Dhruv Samvatsar.
96000 human years is equal to 1000 divine years.
Such is the counting of time given in our scripture Matsyapuran chapter 142.
Calculation of seasons in a day:
In sadhana world many things are season specific. But a traveler on this path is always in a hurry to move forward. So our ancient Rishis divised certain time periods during a day itself when one can get the benefit of a particular season. Thus any season specific sadhana can be accomplished during that time, as given below,
11th to 20th Dand = next 4 hours is Grisham,
21st to 30th Dand = next 4 hours is Varsha,
31st to 40th Dand = next 4 hours is Sharat,
41st to 50th Dand = next 4 hours is Hemant and
51st to 60th Dand = next 4 hours is Shishir.
Hope all above is interesting. Cosmic creation part has been taken from a book written by Mr. Arun Sharma of Varanasi . Thought I have not found the exact scripture to support it
Some one said, The Universe is the biggest. Bigger than that is the four faced Brahma. Brahma support is Vishnu, who rests on the wavy ocean. The wavy ocean is a little water in the palm of micro-cosmic saint Agastaya. Agastaya came out of a pot and the pot is just a handful of mud out of earth. Earth is just a load on the head of thousand headed mighty snake, Sheshnaag but that mighty snake is just like a ring adoring the little finger of Parvati. Parvati is half of her spouse Shiva, who resides in the heart of a true devotee. Is there anything to measure the expance of a devotees heart………..…Om !
Sir, the formulae given in first para "cosmic creation" about renu, anu etc. are interesting. One can speculate that nirvan sharir is equivalent to Digambara sharir eg Dattatreya Digambara. Brahm sharir may be equivalent to the vajra or diamond body of Tibetan Buddhism. However, what constitutes vignayamaya kosha is not clear. In puranas, bindu is described as "the dust from the lotus feet of Adi Shakti". Thank you
ReplyDeleteHere one tried to co-relate various aspects lying around which need to connect for some doable sadhana procedure. In fact we can just discuss them but actually it is an aspect of highest realization. One who experiences only that yogi can rally fathom the depth of these connections.
DeleteMay we all be blessed to realize all this at the earliest.
Om........Shaktanand.
Bindu, above Ajna chakra is the first point of entry in to the realm of Shakti and is the lowest or the first entry point. May be that is why its called 'dust from the lotus feet of the Adya shakti'........Om!
ReplyDeleteYes, as per shastras and puranas, only at trasrenu level, mass is there. In all prior stages from bindu onwards, there is no mass or perceptibility. Trasrenu level is same as "mahat tatva".
ReplyDeleteThere is a variation given, from what you have given above. 2 parmanus combine to form 1 duad. It is 3 duads that combine to form a triad or trasrenu -- this has mass.
QUOTE:
ReplyDeleteKshepa (a saint): Sitaram! Sitaram! A crazy girl (Kundalini Mahashakti) lay asleep down there, coiled like a serpent in the mooladhara chakra. Awakened from her sleep, she roused with great speed from her sleeping posture and she began dancing…’theyi, theyi , theyi…’. (Yoginam Hridayambhoje Nrityanti Nityamanjasa) But did she merely dance? Singing – at innumerable different pitches, accompanying herself by playing the dhol (an Indian percussion instrument). The song is endless…. But is it only singing -- playing the instrument -- dancing? And she is giving birth! She is dancing and giving birth! There…one may find light and more light, Jai Jai Sitaram (Victory to Sitaram)!
Haldhar: What is she giving birth to?
Kshepa: Sitaram, Sitaram! Her dust particles (thrown up by her dance) are minute and white – and even tinier are the white Bindu, those transcendental points of light! Heaps upon heaps of Bindus – and she is giving birth to a countless number of Aakaash i.e. illimitable transcendental voids, and, she continues with her dance. Sitaram!
(Sri Omkarnath Rachnavali – 1, De Chabi, De Chabi, page 354 – 355)
Adi shakti, it seems, generates 3 types of bindu: white satwa, red rajo and mixed tamas. In temples, kumkum archana is offered to the Devi.
ReplyDeleteWhile all these is interesting, we, as souls, are most interested in anandamaya kosha. What is this anandayamaya kosha and what is contains is hardly revelealed in shastra or tantra books. Fortunately, Yogeswarananda Vyas has given an authentic insight into anandamaya kosha in his Science of the Soul book.
ReplyDeleteAs per some texts, Bindus are actual particles (atoms) created by Adya Shakti. These are particles without mass, hence they are virtual particles. Bindus consolidate in 4-5 stages and become Paramanu. 2 parmanus make 1 duad and 3 duads make 1 trasrenu, which has mass.
ReplyDeleteTrasrenu is also known as mahat tatva. From this, ahamkar-- which I guess is also a type of atom/wave/particle-- emerges. From ahamkar's tamasic side, bhutadi emerges-- this also ought to be a kind of atom. Even gunas are also particles/waves. Satwa guna is in cube format, tamas in tube/cylindrical format and rajo guna in hexagon 3D format.
ReplyDeletePeople are affected when some stronger entity comes into their vicinity. Like a spiritual Guru, when comes in contact with a group of people, they get charged. What charges them? Every entity gives out electromagnetic radiations which inter act with those of others. Stronger ones prevail. Example is front benchers in a class, whose frequencies match with those of the teacher and hence proper atmosphere to sharing of knowledge. if they are opposing then it will be extremely difficult for the teacher to teach.
ReplyDeleteThus we can say that it is actually a play of energy at the subtle level. Particle physics also shows the wave propagation in the form of photons, energy packets. I find it very interesting. What is the source of your ascribing molecular structure to these different gunas.......Om!
Sir, source is https://kupdf.net/download/quintessence-of-vastu-art-and-architecture-forms-of-spirit-and-atoms-of-consciousness_58e7d6addc0d601229da9836_pdf
ReplyDeleteFurther, in net, you will find more similar writings by Dr Mercay. These are based on interpretation of Tamil book Aintrim by Mayan, who is a viswa-karma.
My conclusions, so far, are:
ReplyDelete(1) Bindu, generated by Adi Shakti, is the starting point of matter. There are 3 types of bindu: rajo (red), tamas (dark), satwa (white). In 4-5 sequential stages, from bindu combinations, Parmanu is produced. Even Parmanu is without mass. When Parmanus combine to reach Trasrenu or Mahat tatva level, then only mass is there. From this stage only, we can measure relative Time and Space. Before Parmanu, everything is virtual particle (or wave). From mahat tatwa, ahankar (which also must be some kind of atom or wave or particle) evolves. From it, there are 3 separate paths: bhutadi and 2 others.
(2) The 3 gunas are 3 different configurations of matter viz satwa-cube, rajo-octagonal and tamas-cylindric.
(3) God splits creation into 2 pieces: chetana (conscious) and jada (un-conscious). He links these two, at different stages, thru prana shakti. Thus there are only 3 items in this jagat: chit, pran and akash (matter). Energy moves in 3 ways: spiral (eg our milky way is spiral galaxy), cyclical like wave (eg seasons, day and night etc) and circular/rotary.
(4) As far as the 5 bhutas are concerned, their forms have already been identified in Western Platonics: prithvi or bhu is cube, jal or astral or bhur is icosahedron; agni or lower mind is tetrahedron; vayu or higher mind is octahedron; ether or akash or buddhi is dodacahedron.
From bhu lok upto jana loka, the building block is ether, of different densities and configurations. Speed of light is also diffferent in these loks. Eg in bhuvar lok, including pitru lok, our 30 days is their 1 day (eg when we do monthly shradh for first year, pitru receives it every day for 12 days). In svar or dev lok, our 360 days is their 1 day (eg uttarayana and dakshinayana). With ref to Tapo and Sat loka it seems reasonable to speculate that these are quantum fields.
ReplyDeleteOur soul or atma, when it enters this brahmanda, parks itself in jana lok. From there, it projects a portion (say, 25%) into the tri-loka, as jeevatman i.e. you and me. In our sharir, the jana loka is located above head, as the 9th chakra called soul star chakra.
ReplyDeleteWhen Brahmn reflects Himself on satva-gun, Iswar is born. Iswar's body is a single holistic entity. Thereafter, avidya or rajo-gun happens. At this stage, there is no unified body, but trillions of scattered bodies or pieces, called avidya. When Brahmn reflects Himself on these scattered rajo-gun produced bodies, jeevatama (i.e. humans, animals, devas, asuras etc) are individually born. When Brahmn reflects Himself on tamo-gun, jada prakriti is born. It goes on to produce 24 tatvas, ie antakaranas, tanmatras, bhutas, karmendriys and gnanendriyas.
