Whatever is being written here is
self-perspective of the great knowledge of the yogis from subtle realm which
one could fathom till now. One is just sharing it with all the seekers that
they should also rise up in search of self to make the vision of our great
rishis a reality. May be heart of Mother fills up with mercy (Karuna) to guide
us, her children, on this path. With Her blessing, anything is possible. With
Service bhav/ emotional purification takes place and with Karm, distance from
yog is reduced or we can say one is brought closer to the path of yog for self-realization.
In the normal language of the world
whatever we perform with our bodies is called Karma, power which moves to
perform them is called Karm Shakti1. When we read certain
scriptures, it is further elaborated that when thought occurs karm is done. But
as per the Akhand Karm yog, so called Karmas which we perform in the world are
really Akarm. Thus, it means the definition of same which ordinary people
understand is basically wrong. One is Pravritti marg and other is Nivritti
marg. First one propels us in the world while the other one takes us away
creating dispassion or vairagya from it.
Our body exists in the illusion or
maya, and hence comes under the control of death. Why? Our body is run by two
main powers aspects. One is Pran shakti and other Manah or
Mind, both of which are fragmented. Our mind being attached to our vrittis
runs amuck in the world but does not dwell on anything even for a second and
moves immediately to other direction. When one desire is fulfilled, it runs to
experience the other one. Thus, it is not at all focussed and hence is
completely fragmented and pulsating state. To fulfil our desires, we perform
different karmas physically as well as mentally, in both of them Pran shakti is
utilized. Since mind runs in so many directions, hence as a result pran shakti
also gets fragmented, pulsating. Thus, both mind and Pran are fragmented in
this world in a jeev. So, when humans close their eyes, generally they see
darkness in the forehead. In that darkness light points are scattered around
and it vary from person to person. The light points are scattered on the
background of darkness.
The light particles represent Prakash
or Gyan while darkness represents ignorance. Thus, from their percentage we can
very well gauge our own state of mind. Pran is under Pingla and Mind is under
Ida. Thus, a worldly person lives in Ida and Pingla duality. We sit for kriya
to assimilate these particles. When three Kriyas are done and one sits still
watching that space in the brows or even with open eyes in a completely dark
space, all the scattered particles of light seen previously and collected in
the centre and appear as a circle. Brighter the circle more concentrated the
pran is, more the knowledge. The stillness of this bright inner Sun of the yogi
represents the state of mind whether agitated or calm. If this circle is well
defined and still, then one’s mind is calm and focussed.
When the Karm of Kriya is performed,
then second shakti of Gyan2 or knowledge arises. In the
circle of light, we see a centre point or Bindu. Bindu is the cause of creation
and represents Kaam (Desire) Shakti of the yogi. If it is still then Kaam
shakti is balanced, else it shows imbalanced state of it. Thus this understanding
is provided by the arising of knowledge. In this state both mind and pran get
balanced, i.e. Ida and Pingla get balanced, which leads to opening of
Sushumana, where there is no vibration, it is a state of no vibration. Since
there is no vibration thus difficult for Pran and Mind to exists there in khand
state or fragmented state. The third power of Bhav Shakti3
state is realized after purification done by Karma and association with yog.
Bhav shakti leads us to Guru, hence the blessings of a guru present in physical
form is essential for realization of the self. When one is propelled through
Sushumana, the central point located in the circle of effulgence seen in the
forehead or in front of us in the darkness, path to bhav shakti opens. Bhav
shakti is the kripa of the guru. With his Kripa, fragmented pran and mind lose
their and broken state and try to become one. Thus, state of Vyashti achieves
Smashti. Hence, mind becomes one with cosmic mind and pran joins with cosmic
pran and both of them realize their completeness. This happens in a Kshan or
moment which is the central point of Akhand Mahayog experience. When Kshan is
achieved, Past and future is annihilated and one lands in the continuum of time
and becomes knower of everything happening in time anywhere. For this alone,
Kaal Sadhana and Asht-Kshan sadhana is mentioned in the practices of yogis
practicing Akhand-Mahayog………Om!
